  • Honorary Secretary, British Paediatric Association 1979-1984.
  • Editor-in-Chief of Early Human Development.
  • James Spence Medal, Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health 1999.
  • Has publications in general and neonatal paediatrics. Dr Harvey has particular interest in neonatal meningitis.
