Radiation and health outcomes

The effect radiation has on human health has been the subject of recent interest. Many studies have indicated that exposure to radiation has adverse health outcomes with excessive radiation doses being linked to lung, breast, thyroid, rectal, bone and skin cancer among others. On the other hand radiation is important in promoting health being used in diagnosis with X-rays, radioisotopes and CT scans and also in deep X-ray treatment for cancer. Without radiation there would also be no cell phones, less energy generation and no microwave cookers.

there is a need to create awarenss among the citizens of the pros and cons of radiation. advantages of the radiation to be harness in proper manner and take care of the harmful efffects

IT IS HIGHTIME TO PREVENT THE PROBELMS DUE TO MISMANAGEMENT BY THE GREEDY PROFESIONALS. THERE ARE RULES TO GOVERN MEDICAL ESTHABLISHMENTS IN MOST OFTHEDEVOLOPEND COUNTRIES, BUT IN INDIA NO ONE KNEEN TO IMPLIMENT ANY SUCH RULES. INDIA IS THE MOST MISMANAGED COUNTRY WHEN IT,S COME TO HEALTH CARE BUSINESS. THE MAIN REASION FOR THIS GREED &LACK OF FEAR.
