It must be legalised in our country, where poor people are selling their organs for sack of one time food a day and some time their organs taken by corrupt people without any their knowledge, afterthis they get nothing or less amount. By legalising this, people will come forward to donate their organs and they will donate without any worry of legal action. In some cases, people donate their organ and take hefty amount for this, but after sometime they start harrasing patient for more amount and legal action. When Government will fixed amount and legalised whole process for all donars and takers, then this type of cases will reduce too.

sir, if a person is in need of any organ for his body but he is unable to get it because it is not available in any hospital or medical store than what will he do? only try to purchase it from illegal sources . . . . . so if govt. legalised the donated organ available through reputed hospitals or authoried organisations on making suitable price, the illegal trading of organs in the country can be minimised

yes. Paying is a two-way process. To the payer, it gives satisfaction that he has paid something in return for the important organ he has received from somebody. To the receiver, it may meanmany things. If his family is poor, it will be benefited by the money accrued to it.

Paying for organ donation should not be encouraged / legalised , can lead to becoming a flourishing business in india. Instead we should encourage people to donate organs
