They are not developed mentally and physicallly about sex. It is punishable but no death punishment.

I need to meet and ask few questions, to people, 12.4% who said "NO". Out of total 5207 votes, 12.4% people are saying person should not get death penalty. This makes is 645 People. This is alarming !!!!!!!!Are they favouring Rape of Minor or rape as such !

How culd an adult get away after this act??? As responsiblemembers of the society if such acts ae nt condemned and punished openly these crimes will continue. So one must giveharsh punishments to all those who are partners in crime.
