2. Ball slams

Steps:

Stand in a way that your feet are hip-width apart. Now hold your ball at the chest. Lift up the ball and move it behind your head.Bend your knees slightly and throw your ball downwards very hard. Catch it when it bounces back and bring it above your head. You should keep your spine straight and let your knees lift you back up. Repeat this exercise for sometime.

3. Bicep curls with band

When you do dumbbell bench press, it challenges your muscles and assists in reducing muscleweakness and imbalances between your non-dominant and dominant arm. This exercise strengthens your triceps and deltoids. You need resistance band for this exercise.

Steps:

Step on the band in a way, so that it rests under your foot arch. Get hold of the band so that the palms face you forward and the arms are by your side. Keep your elbows tight against the ribs. Now,slowly bend your arms in order to bring your hands to the shoulders.Steadily, lower your hands down to your sides.
