Q. Every month after my menstrual period ends, I don't have any appetite for a week. What should I do?

A.  If your cycles are asymptomatic, and there is no weight loss and general symptoms, like fatigue etc, then there is nothing much to worry, especially if your appetite during the rest of the month is OK.
