Q: I have a pricking sensation at the lower right side of the abdomen, the place where the appendix is located, when I take take food with some gap of time or more coffee or when stressed. Is it due to appendicitis? The pain is very sharp at that place. But I do not have ulcer in general. I take some antiallergic drug cetrizine hydrochloride, 10 mg thrice daily for 3 days, when I have such pain. And it becomes alright soon.
