The normochromic normocytic anaemia along with dacryocytes (tear-drop cells) is secondary to the liver problem. You need to lose weight as well as control the intake of fats in your diet as you have mentioned that you have fatty liver. Storvas would help in reducing blood lipid (fat) level but please add exercise to your daily routine and cut down alcohol intake, if you consume alcohol.
