Q. My 26 years old wife is passing food particles like rice or tiny vegetable bits through urine. Is it a disease or happens generally?

A.  If it is true that she is passing rice and food in urine, the only way it could be explained is that there is perhaps an abnormal communication between her intestines and the urinary system. She needs investigations to diagnose whether such communication exists and if what is the possible cause. Kindly consult a urologist.
