Why am I unable to ejaculate outside after intercourse?

Q. I am a 29 years old male and I am unable to ejaculate inside vagina after intercourse. Is this due to masturbation?
A.  Yes, some people have a problem of "retrograde" ejaculation. It means that the semen - rather than getting ejaculated outside - is ejaculated inside the urinary bladder. It has no relation with masturbation habit. Please consult a urologist.
