Q. I am a 29 years old male. A week back, I had oral sex with a call girl for nearly 15 to 20 minutes. Is it safe to have sex now?

A.  Your question is not clear. 1. If you are asking whether you can have oral sex with your wife, the answer is: yes, you can - provided both of you have good hygiene of sex organs and are faithful to each other in sex life (and do not have other sex partners). 2. If your question is whether oral sex that you had with a call girl carried any risk, the answer is - yes, it carries a lot of risk of infections - including HIV. You are advised to avoid such exposures and if you already married, you should not have such sexual relations outside your marriage.
