Excessive thirst and frequency of urination may not always be due to a high blood sugar/diabetes. There may be other causes to it including other hormone imbalances (thyroid/diabetes), compulsive water drinking behaviour, anaemia, etc. Taking excessive amounts of water not only causes a feeling of weakness but also salt imbalance. Restrict on liquids intake to not more than 2 litres/day. Get treatment for anaemia. Eat a more balanced diet with plenty of proteins and vitamins. Your skin and hair texture do suggest some malnutrition features.
