Q: I am a 25 years old male unable to ejaculate after intercourse. I enjoy sex but I feel difficulty in ejaculating inside my partner’s vagina. However, if I masturbate I can easily ejaculate. I am getting depressed because of this. Please help me.

A:There is no reason for you to get depessed about it. If you are having good erection & are able to have sexual intercourse but unable to "ejaculate" it is quite possible that you are having a problem what is called as "retrograde" ejaculaltion. In this, the semen rather than coming out, is ejaculated inside the urinary bladder. Please get a thorough check up done by a urologist.
