Q: I am suffering from Piles/fistula from past 6 to 7 years. Some times it severely pains. I took ayurvedic powder as treatement. If I discontinue the medicine pain erupts. I have not tried any alopathy medicine.I tried B Pill and Pile nil tablets but they are not so effective when it is compared to the powder(It is called Naga Kesari.Cany you suggest any other medecines available or sergery is requried. I heard laser sergery available.I am in Bangalore so for i have not gone to any English Doctor. Please suggest any good hospital where laser sergery treatement is done or any effective medicine and diet.

A:Both piles and fistula if that is your condition would reqquire surgical intervention for specific indications. Depending on the stage of the disease and the extent of the fistula appropriate treatment would be chosen.This can be provided in a ny major hospital.
