How do I get rid of white patches on my teeth?

Q. I am a 22 years old male. I usually see white patches on my teeth right in the morning after I get up from sleep. These patches get better through the day and fade away by night. How do I get rid of them?
A.  The white patches on the teeth patches could be due to multiple reasons. These appear whiter in morning due to drying effect in mouth breathers and feel lessened later due to hydration of teeth. You may consult experienced dentist for specific management.
