Stained teeth due to smoking

Q: Iam smoking for the past 10 years and I am 28 yrs old now. All my teeth are stained. I am using some ayurvedic tooth powder now. Many people smoke but I hardly see their teeth getting stained. I don't even chew panparag. I had my teeth cleaned thrice from a dentist who used a very forceful shower of water from a tube and that removed the stains completely. I fear if I do that once again I may lose rigidity in my teeth. Can you suggest me some tooth-paste of any ayurvedic or homeopathic or even Allopathic brand?

A:Cleaning and scalimg when done properly by a professional cannot cause loss of rigidity of your teeth. You can safely get it done once a year. Best thing of course is to stop smoking as it is known to give rise to cancer.
