Q. My 9 months old baby does not take milk in her diet and prefers curd. What is the difference in nutritive value of curd and milk? Is it fine if I give her curd and not milk?

A.  Curd and milk are equally nutritious. It does not matter which she takes. You can give her curd, if she prefers it.
