Lost teeth in upper jaw

Q: I am a healthy 27 year old. When I was 10 years old, I was involved in an accident in which I lost two teeth in the upper jaw (front ones, behind the lips). The problem was they were half broken and the dentist covered it with a cap. In another 5 years, the half teeths/gum got infected and the half teeth(s) were removed. Ever since 15 years of age, there is an bridge (synthetic) that is used for cosmetic purpose to cover the two teeth. Is there a better cosmetic solution (implants of any kind)?

A:An X ray is needed for proper assessment. A porcelain bridge if in place is good, if not get one. If you have already got a bridge, even if you get implants for the missing teeth, crowns will probably be needed for the adjacent teeth.
Your best bet is to find a good dentist nearby and get a detailed consultation.
