Q. Is it okay to give Wikoryl (twice for two days) for cold during the first trimester of pregnancy?

A.  It is recommended that no medicine except folic acid (with or without iron) be taken by women in the first three months of pregnancy. For cold, pregnant women should take steam inhalation with Sinarest Vapocaps put into the steaming water.
