Q. Which foods are good sources of Vitamin B12 from amongst the Indian vegetarian food?

A.  Almost no plant foods contain B12. Animal foods are a good source but since you mentioned that you are a vegetarian you will have to rely on B12 from milk and milk products like dahi, paneer, cheese, etc. Fortified breakfast cereals like cornflakes are a useful source.
