A:The surgery for fissure-details are required. Probably the wound has not healed. Constipation will aggravate the pain and delay healing. Local application of xylocaine ointment will reduce the pain. Sitz bath will definitely help. Gradual Anal dilatation with Heggar’s will help. Regular intake of laxative to keep the stool soft is recommended.
