Q: I am 26 year old woman who had a disc problem and had been operated for the same 4 years back. But sometimes I feel pain in my leg because of the spine. The doctor told me to do back exercises. But now I am planning to have a baby. Can I conceive? If the pain arises during pregnancy then what should I do? Can I do back exercises during pregnancy?

A:Once operated, you need to continue exercises to strengthen your spinal muscles. And you have to maintain spinal mobility. During pregnancy, special exercises are given for pelvic floor muscles.
