Q. I am 28 years old man going to get married next year. I have pubic hair on shaft of my penis and testis. Couple of years back, I also got some pimples on the shaft. The pimples are now increasing day by day. I am worried. What can the problem be due to?

A.  It is normal to have hair over the penile shaft and on the scrotum. You do not develop pimples in that region. Most probably you had folliculitis and this can occur in any hairy region. You should consult a dermatologist and find out what your problem is. Then you decide on the best mode of treatment.
