Q. The palm of my hand and the soles of my feet perpetually remain hot and sweaty. I have a burning sensation all year round. What could it be?

A.  It is possible that you are suffering from a neuropathy (disease of nerves). This causes burning and tingling in the feet. You have to undergo investigations to see if that is so. You should see a neurologist near your house and have this investigated. Firstly to check if you have neuropathy and secondly, what is the cause.
