Clopigrel is the brand name of a medicine that contains clopidogrel, a blood thinning agent. It is also sold under the brand name of Noklot.
Aspirin is a blood thinning agent.
Carvedilol (Brand name: Carvil) is used to control blood pressure.
Ramipril is also used to control blood pressure.
Losartan (Brand name: Losacar) is used to control blood pressure.
Minipress XL is the brand name of a medicine called prazosin. It is used to control blood pressure.
HCTZ stand for hydrochlorthiazide. It is a diuretic that increases urine output and controls blood pressure. Since patient is taking both losartan and hctz, it is easier to give a combination of the two sold under the brand name of Losacar-H.
Simvastatin reduces blood cholesterol.
Amiodarone is used in heart beat abnormalities.
Monosorbitrate is the brand name that contains a medicine called isosorbide-5-mononitrate. It is used in angina.
Lanoxin is a brand name that contains a medicine called digoxin that is used in heart failure.
