Q. How can I give oats to my eight-month-old baby? In what quantities should oats and water / milk be added?

A.  You can use readymade oat cereal if it is available in shops where you live. For homemade recipe, ground half a cup of whole oats and make it to flaky powdery texture. Take 1-2 tablespoons for one feed and store the rest in an airtight container for reuse. Then add water or milk for desired consistency.
