Dr S Bhandari is a graduate from Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi. She received post graduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the USA and UK where she spent several years.

She has been Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Holy Family Hospital and Tirath Ram Hospital. Now she has confined her work to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital for the last two decades. Her fields of interest have been Prenatal diagnosis, management of high risk pregnancy, gynaecological oncology and infertility.

Dr Bhandari is on the Board of Trustees and was also the Chairperson of the Management Board of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. She has also been actively associated with the academic activities of the Department and has participated in several National and International conferences.
