Dr Jitendra Mangwani did his MBBS (Gold Medalist) from SN Medical College, Agra and obtained post-graduate degree (MS ortho) from Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi University. Subsequently, he worked as a senior resident in casualty and orthopaedics department at AIIMS. To further his career in orthopaedics, he went to the UK in 2001. He obtained membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2003. He is currently a Specialist Registrar in London on a higher surgical training programme in orthopaedics. He has a special interest in the management of polytrauma patients, joint replacements and paediatric orthopaedics. He has presented his research work in many international conferences and published in national as well as international journals.

His ultimate goal is to improve the Health care system and education of junior doctors in India.
