The ICMR-NIC Centre for Biomedical Information is recognised as the 17th International Medlars Centre (popularly known as the Indian MEDLARS Centre or IMC) and is catering to the information needs of the Indian medical community.

Mrs Pandita has organised several training programmes for doctors in India and participated in several national and international conferences. With a keen interest and experience of surfing the net for biomedical resources, she has designed the contents of the IMC webpage that has won several awards for design and content and is ranked amongst the top Indian websites by Google.
