Dr Anurag Krishna trained at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and for ten years was on the faculty of the University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi. For one year he was a Visiting Fellow at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, UK. He is presently the Director of Paediatrics and Paediatric Surgery at the Max Institute of Paediatrics, Max Healthcare Institute, New Delhi.
Dr Krishna has had a distinguished academic career and has held several important positions. He was a member of the Academic Council of the University of Delhi and was nominated a Fellow of the National Academy of Medical Sciences and the British Association of Paediatric Surgeons. He has been an Associate Editor of Indian Paediatrics, which is the official journal of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics.
Dr Krishna has published over 50 papers in leading national and international journals. He has contributed chapters to several books and co-edited a book on "Surgical Diseases In Tropical Countries".
