Author Profile: Matt Roberts started his career in fitness as an international sprinter. During his early twenties, he travelled between London and the United States, studying with various sports councils and academies.
In 1994, he opened Matt Roberts Personal Training in Londons Mayfair, the first personal training centre in the UK. Its success was followed by another two state-of-the-art London gyms. Today, the Roberts magic continues at his London gym in fashionable Jermyn Street, at his spa in the five-star Le St Geran hotel on Mauritius, and - most recently - at his newly opened world-class gym at the grand resort hotel, Le Tousserok, also on Mauritius.
