The primary author Dr. Susan Love, a Harvard graduate, is Associate Professor of Clinical Surgery at UCLA and Director of the UCLA/Revlon Breast Centre. Her approach to radical surgery in breast cancer is unconventional and very guarded, confined strictly to exceptional circumstances.
